You provide us with any images, logos, ideas for colour schemes and content text you may have and we do the rest!
Large information-based site for a GP surgery. The design is clean and functional, but with strong colours. The banner is a set of rotating images that show various views of the surgery building. The client wanted a very basic CMS system, so we utilised the CushyCMS system to allow minor changes via a web-based system.
My aim with this site was to create a fun and visually striking design, using layered images I created, but to also utilise the Wordpress platform to enable easily updated content. The aim of the site is to make money via the advertising, which needs to be prominent but to not compromise the overall design.
This site was commissioned by a the owners of a Gite we stayed in this summer. The site is uses the powerful Joomla CMS with a plugin to handle the reservation requests and store them in a database. The frontpage uses javascript to slowly fade in various images of the properties. Clients can view availability of the Gites and email a reservation request to the owner via the site. They receive confirmation and the owner can update the availability calendar and keep a track of ongoing bookings.
This is a relatively straight-forward information-based website to advertise the services of a local painting and decorating company. It is colourful and highly image-based in keeping with the service area. There is a javascript 'request a quote' form that opens in the sidebar when the user clicks the relevant button.
This site was commissioned by a sports journalist as a shop window for his tennis writing. The site is based on a theme by Woothemes, but has been highly modified and styled to give a strong tennis flavour. It includes a javascript slideshow highlighting recent content and a youtube video player. The sidebars include a reader poll and a news ticker using an rss feed from the most recent grand slam tournament.
The design uses cartoon images to give a light-hearted and fun impression. The contact details and service offered is highly prominent and accessible. There are only four pages, including a flickr image slideshow of cats that changes daily, and a google map outlining the local areas covered by the service.
The client brief was for a fresh-looking, blue-themed website with quality images and concise information. The rounded-edges, using images for links and the horizontal sub-menu (used on some of the pages) are very "Web 2.0" in terms of design. I concentrated on making the design visually attractive and welcoming to entice new patients to the practice.
The site has a parallel structure with the same layout and design, but a different colour range for the dentist pages and the chiropractor pages. The intro page allows entry to either of the parallel sites. I used Flash for banners to highlight images and key information.
This is a simple static site designed to provide information about my Mathematics and Physics GCSE/A-level tuition services. It is quite formal and visually conservative, to suit the content. There is a scripted contact form, as well as subject and service details.

After an initial meeting we will provide design templates for your website, incorporating your ideas, colour schemes etc and you pay nothing till you are happy with the design.
Quite simply, we put the pieces together!
